Once a child clicks "Submit" for a question on Wooclap, their answers are immediately stored permanently on the system, which enables us to see them. If your web browser is refreshed, it may occasionally clear the answers on your side, meaning you are unable to see which quizzes your child has completed. This does not have any effect on the visibility of their results.
Whenever your child submits answers in Wooclap, please ensure they have entered their name as the username. They can do this using the Settings button in the top right corner for your browser (shown below).
