First of all, if you choose to leave Kin Learning, we'll be very sad to see you go and apologise if we have not met your expectations in some way.
In terms of practicalities, we require at least two weeks' notice if you would like to stop your child's regular classes. Your notice period will start at the end of the current week (Monday to Sunday).
E.g. if you gave notice on Friday, 1 January and your child's lessons were on a Thursday, your child would attend for two more weeks, i.e. Thursday, 7 January and Thursday, 14 January.
Whilst you are required to provide two weeks' notice and pay for those lessons, it is up to you to decide whether you would like your child to attend their last two lessons.
To provide your notice, please email us at contact@kinlearning.com. We would very much appreciate it if you could let us know why you're leaving as this will help us to improve our service.
Once you have provided your notice, we will confirm your final lesson date and check whether you have any unused credit on your account (your credit will depend on the time of year and where the term dates fall). If you have additional credit on your account, we will issue a refund after deducting a £5 administrative fee.
